Alexandra Hidalgo is an award-winning Venezuelan filmmaker, whose documentaries have been official selections for film festivals in 12 countries and been screened at universities around the United States, and whose videos and activist writing have been featured on The Hollywood Reporter,IndieWireNPR, and Women and Hollywood. She is Assistant Professor of Writing, Rhetoric, and American Cultures at Michigan State University. Her video book Cámara Retórica: A Feminist Filmmaking Methodology for Rhetoric and Composition was published by Computers and Composition Digital Press in 2017Her academic video essays have been published in EnculturationKairosTechnocultureItinerationPresent Tense, and Peitho. She is the co-founder and editor-in-chief of the digital publication agnès films: supporting women and feminist filmmakers and a managing editor for constellations: a cultural rhetorics publishing space.

Lucy Johnson is a PhD Candidate in Rhetoric and Composition at Washington State University. Next fall she will be joining the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire as an Assistant Professor of Digital Literacies. Her research focuses primarily on the intersections of digital and cultural rhetorics to understand, question, and teach digital literacy. Prior to pursuing her PhD, she earned her MA in English Pedagogy at Northern Michigan University, focusing on the application of multimodal pedagogy within first-year composition. Recently, she collaborated with Cheryl Ball, Jennifer Sheppard, and Kristin Arola on Instructor's Manual of the second edition of Writer/Designer: A Guide to Making Multimodal Projects.

Rachael Graham Lussos is a PhD student in Writing and Rhetoric at George Mason University (GMU), where she studies the rhetoric of pain treatment, proposal writing, and activist composition. She is an adjunct professor for American University and a professional writing instructor for government and commercial organizations. She has forthcoming publications in Computers and Composition, Journal of Technical Writing and Communication, and PraxisWiki. She is an active volunteer for the GMU student chapter of the Society for Technical Communication (STC) and the nonprofit Extra-Ordinary Birthdays.

Cody Jackson is a second-year M.A. student in the Department of English, Speech, and Foreign Languages at Texas Woman's University in Denton, Texas. Cody's research interests center on LGBTQ studies, queer archives, and writing studies.
